By accessing and using Prima Child Care's digital healthcare platform and services ("Service"), you ("User," "Parent," or "Guardian") accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

Prima Child Care provides a comprehensive digital healthcare platform specifically designed for pediatric care that enables users to:

User Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirements
This service is intended for parents, guardians, or authorized caregivers of children under 18 years of age. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and provide consent for their child's healthcare.
Account Registration Requirements
  • Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your child
  • Maintain updated contact information and emergency contacts

User Responsibilities and Conduct

Appointment and Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy

We cannot guarantee specific medical outcomes or the effectiveness of treatments. Healthcare involves inherent risks, and individual results may vary. Your healthcare providers will discuss risks and benefits of treatments with you.
Technology Limitations
Digital health tools and telemedicine have limitations. Technical issues, connectivity problems, or equipment failures may affect service quality. We recommend having backup communication methods for urgent situations.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the state in which Prima Child Care operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Exception for Medical Malpractice Claims
This arbitration clause does not apply to medical malpractice claims, which shall be subject to applicable state laws and procedures for medical malpractice litigation.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users at least 30 days in advance via email and posted notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
