Hi! In my first pregnancy, i took exercise, walking routine very lightly and as a result i suffered from back pain and fatigue all the time and post delivery its really difficult to cope up with all the things. So now during my second pregnancy, i am fully determined to do my yoga with Ruchi di, she helps a lot in every situation and yoga has really helped in keeping me fit and energetic.
